I have just been emailed the bill for next years ground rent, maintenance charge, plus paying what we owe for electricity and water for this year, for our sited mobile home in Brittany

There was also a bill for this years Taxe de sejour, (tax of stay.) a whole 22 centimes a day for every day we stayed. 60 days, a whole €13.20.
