This is confusing. The PM says he cannot/will not meet Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice while it is in litigation with the government.

The problem is they are not in litigation with the government.

This is confusing. The PM says he cannot/will not meet Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice while it is in litigation with the government. Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice says it isn't in litigation with the govt. All I can find are references to the group working with solicitor Elkan Abrahamson from the law firm Broudie Jackson Canter to press the government to accept our calls for a public inquiry.
No sniff of litigation — surely the PM is not lying, but just mistaken....
