Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice says it isn't in litigation with the govt. All I can find are references to the group working with solicitor Elkan Abrahamson from the law firm Broudie Jackson Canter to press the government to accept our calls for a public inquiry.
No sniff of litigation — surely the PM is not lying, but just mistaken....
