I suppose we can assume they have a plan, as they have been running the finances successfully for the last 9 years.

ROFL.  Really.  They have made massive cuts to front line public services.  They did manage to half the growth in public borrowing momentarily, but many economists (even some right wing ones) believe that they could have achieved the same or similar without having to make these level of cuts.  They also are making spending commitments right now that would be the exact kind of spending that Labour would have done (even more in fact).  



So either, their proposals are not possible under their own fiscal prudence ideology, or, they are not telling the truth when they say they are going to spend all that money.

Isn't this a bit pot and kettle - the Conservatives have not produced a credible costed manifesto in the last election and I doubt they will do so in this one either.
