Sadly voted don't care,it's all been dragged out for far too long.

Also voted don't care.  Nothing sad about it. The Eu are of course pinning their hopes on a last minute capitulation like all their summits, and snaring us in a rejoining ceremony when my generation is dead. Their problem is they will be long gone through bankruptcy on a biblical scale long before that,,,
<t>In matters of taxation, Lord Clyde\'s summing up in the 1929 case Inland Revenue v Ayrshire Pullman Services is worth a glance.</t>

Baff

Me too.

Don't care.

I think no deal will be the best for the country.
A lite deal would be almost as good.

Another FTA a total betrayal and dreadful in every way.

I expect a lite deal if i was to lay odds.
Cynically expect a very bad deal if any is signed at all.

Brexit is job done.
Boris seems to get it.
I'd have been cross if Theresa May was making the deal.
Really cross.

It's just light entertainment now.
We've left. Starmer the head of Remoan daren't even mention anything EU.
Boris won big on it.

That power in the land has been cast down.

I voted to leave the EU.
That's pretty much done and it is up to the executive to work out trade deals. No one worried much about trade deal prior to us joining the EEC so I'll just let them get on with it.
Maybe Noel will know:

Noel knows jack shite , its the banker that needs to come to the table   ;)

Sadly I think the Tories being remainers at heart ,for all their media playing of brexit means brexit  their red  lines will turn pink in the coming weeks and they will take it up the rear for ''the good of the country''

There were messages from day one that inevatibly should the UK leave the eu they would be punished for it,if they push that so be it the result needs to be respected and carried out.

All been said before but many ex political figures of stature (stature not being my description) have in some cases worked behind the back of the democratically elected govt and the majority vote to leave to thwart that result

We now have the spectacle of one of the chief culprits (Bliar) complaining of the UK breaking international law and damaging its reputation, following his logic I expect he will be surrendering to the International criminal court to decide his culpability for partaking in an illegal war and breaking international law.........I will not be holding my breath.
Energy....secure and affordable, not that hard is it?

With 100 days to go before we finally walk free there is talk that Barnier and Downing St are saying things are looking more positive that a deal will be agreed. Perhaps BJ's promises not to be brow beaten by sullen Barnier has borne fruit and the fat lady is warming up nicely.
Any deal is a win for both sides, the more comprehensive the better it is for both sides. It might even remove the Kent border. But I'm sure there's those that will see it as an extension of WW11 and how the UK single handed beat Germany for the second time.
