The one to watch out for is on messenger.  The laughable bit is.  I am nearer 100 than 50. My cronies from my wicked  distant passed still keep in touch with me and send small porno clips. I clicked on one,  one day.  The next thing I had was a email from some shit hole somewhere in the world demanding thousands of Yaks or whatever it was.    They stated they had turned my camera on my computer and had filmed me playing with my self in ecstasy. And were going to post it on my Facebook.  If I did not pay up,  and the Police could do nothing.  I could not help my self.  I replied by saying if they had a photograph of me with a erection.  I will pay them to post it on Facebook.   But it does have a more sinister side. It went in one ear and out the other with me.   If that had been a vulnerable young lad or even a female.  There could have been horrendous consequences.  As a point of interest.  The porno clip that was sent to me.  Was shall we say.  Entertaining.   And I am still looking for the camera on my computer

Does anyone fall for that Nigerian Scam ?  I knew a bloke who would them up by giving them the Australian Speaking Clock as his phone number (or so he said) ...

I had an outbreak of telephone scammers recently.  I just tell them to eff off, and report their phone number.

<t>In matters of taxation, Lord Clyde\'s summing up in the 1929 case Inland Revenue v Ayrshire Pullman Services is worth a glance.</t>

Bumped into the Nigerian bloke who keeps trying to give me 3 million quid the other day. Didn't have the cash on him he said 😝
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

The funny thing is that if the lads behind these scams were to send emails saying that they were arseless computer nerds and would folk send a pound or two, I am sure they would get a better response  :)
Well its like their birthdays at the moment, they are spamming and scamming at an all time level of lets get rich quick and to hell with consequences, like the good and great  capitalists they are, a bit like Cali Cartel on steroids.
Just because I don't say anything, it doesn't mean I haven't noticed!

Talking of Malware, which we have not been for a while.
I had a notifications type pop up which said "Click to prove you are not a robot".
Now, I must have been half asleep because it allowed notifications from jciug. arguinely. club (spaces inserted to prevent link.
My notifications bar then popped up with a malicious Google notification, which when attempted to close downloaded an alleged "anti-virus" package.
All I had to do was go to Google Chrome and remove all cookies and site settings, but for a while I thought it was more serious.
If I had installed the alleged "anti-virus" package it may have been a different story.
