Have you heard if they are vaccinating wholesale even those who have had Covid? I have so far heard no reference to this.

I have not heard one way or the other.
However, the government narrative when Boris self-isolated would probably indicate they would seek to vaccinate everyone willing, regardless of previous infection.
We keep being told that the immunity does not last long. (Which is highly debateable)
If the immunity does not last long, how long will immunity provided by the vaccine be?

Note especially what I consider perverse use of the mental health act to make the treatment compulsory, on the grounds that if the treatment is not given, others may be put at risk.

Mental health legislation was meant for mental health patients, to use it for other purposes is not within the spirit of the law.
If the government want compulsory vax, they need to pass primary legislation and have a proper debate.

I doubt we need worry about a compulsory, or any, Covid vaccinations for a good while yet. I agree that most of the public will want it when it becomes available. But does it matter whether that's because they will have been softened up by government propaganda they've taken on board the various calls for intervention — be it for testing, more publicly available face masks, screening of travellers, etc — or a mixture of both?

The annual flu vaccine takes account of WHO recommendations and is altered every year to combat the several flu strains forecast to hit.

Figures can be manipulated, but PHE published mid-season data on the effectiveness of this year's flu vaccines (alongside data from other countries, in Eurosurveillance) and said in Feb 2019: "The data suggest that the nasal spray flu vaccine is 87% effective in children aged 2 to 17 years against the main circulating strain, influenza A(H1N1)pmd09.

"The vaccine given to adults aged 18 to 64 in at-risk groups is estimated to be 39% effective against the same strain. Influenza A(H1N1)pdm09 has been the main strain circulating this season."

Flu is mostly mild, but for some vulnerable people it can be fatal. Many employers do a cost benefit analysis on days lost through sickness. Given that there's nowhere near a 100% take up, the effectiveness for the whole population appears significant.

If a Covid vaccination is anywhere near as effective, we might be able to be as offhand about Covid as the other strains of annual flu...

The data on the effectiveness of any Covid-19 vaccine will be available when and if it comes along - Coronaviruses don't tend to mutate as much as flu or, for example, the HIV viruses do.  However I agree that this data needs to be understood.

Radio frequency has been used in medicine for many years — even for surgery. The ability to reduce size of emitting, receiving and self contained equipment and systems will revolutionise medicine. No doubt, with advances, the down-side of interaction between non-medical systems and personal worn equipment (eg, heart pacemakers) will become less of a danger. Certainly maglev transport, TV transmitters, industrial welders, etc, can pose risks for some people, and need to be used with care by them. But I don't understand why the limited power output of either 5G base station or handset should need more care than is taken currently.

This morning sky news had a report saying that the WHO said there is no evidence of immunity in those who have had the disease.

What they really meant was that the WHO don't yet have a reliable test to prove that immunity. A very tiny minority of people worldwide MAY have been infected twice, but the evidence is a bit slim.
