That's a very interesting video so far, thanks. It does look to be making interesting points - at the same time, Chinese companies aren't exactly above board and they really do engage in predatory practices, maybe not quite as the US alleges, but certainly they do engage in these practices.

Just reading up on Facebook

The US govt FTC and 48 states just launched their major brand of lawsuits to try and break it up. I think they are starting to realize that their predatory companies cannibalize their own, not just others. So it's good to see things starting to shift.

However, for balance, it must be pointed out that Chinese companies regularly engage in all these practices and huge scale IP thef too, as do companies from all world superpowers; it isn't unique to the yanks even if I do disapprove of the antics of many of their large corporations. Oh and just because a company has the flag of some large or small country from asia, or africa or south america on it, doesn't mean it's benevolent as so many people appear to fall into the trap of thinking.. Also, it must be pointed out that Japanese corporations while being unfairly framed by the yanks there as you allege - from my reading in the past - haven't always been paragons of virtue either where their corporate practices are concerned... there's talk of huge amounts of yakuza money and land sharks involved in a lot of big business deals.

A very good video from a young man about the history of US serial behavior against overseas technology companies from the Eighties to the Present Day.
