A preview of what the Labour Party manifesto may contain when released later today, how accurate this is no idea.

Boris has refused to reduced Corporation Tax

Has he indeed. Well looking at this 2017 manifesto it did promise it. I was pondering to myself of whether that was a good thing or not. They should damn well reduce VAT in my view.

Not 100% sure but I think it maybe by this Thursday at the latest

I suspect that the Tories will drag it out for as long as possible. All most Tory voters want is to get out of the EU and to be left alone and the second bit could cause problems. Other than reducing taxes and hunting Marxists on the East Finchley allotments there is not a lot the Tories can do to please the faithful. In fact they won't even do that. Boris has refused to reduced Corporation Tax so that yet more money can be pissed away on the NHS and his new girlfriend hates bloodsports so that is Wurzel safe.

I see what I have done here. It goes to show you how much interest I have had in this election. The one in the OP was 2017, but I mistakenly thought they would have published their manifestos by now, hence my guide would be the 2019 version. You see for the last week or so we have been getting spammed via the letterbox. One could not foresee them asking us to vote for them without their policies. It's a bit like Glastonbury Festival where they sell you a ticket before they tell you who is playing. Ah, policies - a mere afterthought in today's world.

Do you know of any? Is there anything in any of the manifestos that if you were the government, you would do it? I don't fancy talking about the bad stuff or it would take too long, so what rays of sunshine are there from Westminster?

I found a quick five minute factual guide on Labour and Tories, and could only find one i liked. I'm not including long-term promises continuing in the vague sense, like we shall do better to cut immigration, but specific measures on any issue.

OK so out of those two, which I understand are some 100 pages long or so, the only one was to make rail firms stop pissing with irrational pricing. A return should cost twice as much as a single. We all know this. The government is going to cut it out, so it is one less instrument available to the monopolists to fiddle us.

I've got to give the Tories a tick here. I did a thread on the old forum about the price of goods and services, pointing out the economic loss encountered by price fiddling. So thank you Tories for that one - much appreciated.
