Yesterday, apparently, the SAVIZ was damaged below the water line by limpet mines and the Iranians blamed Israel on Social media.

However, the Biden administration gave the security sensitive information to the NY Times, improperly.

The result will likely be that Israel will treat the Biden government with the same short rations as they did Obama, who was hostile towards them.

By whose standards — surely we have a right to know if Israel, the US, Iran, or anybody attacks anybody, whether initiated or as a reprisal? 
That's why we have a free press to ferret out and tell us these things even if gangsters, govts, terrorists, or anybody wants them to remain secret.   
In this case, the report also details earlier attacks on civilian shipping when Israel reportedly struck a row of Iranian Syria-bound oil tankers in the Mediterranean in 2019 and last month, and this year, Iran hit two Israeli merchant vessels in the Mediterranean and Gulf of Oman.
