That's an excellent link.

The next line is:which rather pours water on PP's authoritarian, totalitarian point of view.

Whatever gives him pleasure.  What matters is the media propaganda that is promoting Blair's twisted tyranny, and that SJWs are just there to back people like him for corporate fascist sponsorship.

Just figured out that we need to follow the money. His globalist institute is drawing cash from the main players in this pandemic.

for an idea , no matter how good or bad , to be universally rejected , tony blair only has to suggest it.
Tony Blair is doing the only thing he knows, divide and control people. He has no other purpose.
He ain't stupid, any country that can drive people like sheep through the power of the media and government interference to panic buy toilet rolls is an easy touch.
Just because I don't say anything, it doesn't mean I haven't noticed!

It seems like the roll him out every time they decide it's time to break their own rules.  The UK is a founding member of the Council of Europe.

Whatever the individual reasons are for refusing is none of his damn business, and that the best thing he can do is basically die.

Vaccines don't give blanket protection. But they do lessen the seriousness of the effects of the virus for the person vaccinated. Those people vaccinated are also less likely to incubate and spread the virus.

People who have not been vaccinated are more likely to be infected, incubate, and spread the virus, and provide a ready pool of mutated variations. Apart from the noise, I'd see nothing wrong in making the ring a bell and calling "unclean" if they venture out in public. As that will upset a few diehards, restricting their access to travel and public places seems a good compromise.

No action will make life 100% virus free, but using all recommended methods of combatting the virus and making it harder for it to thrive seems a no-brainer. If some people feel their freedoms are being curtailed, tough...

What I don't agree with is having to prove that you've had vaccinations.

You have to prove you have had vaccinations for wide range of diseases before before you can entrer any some countries.
Vaccination certification has been a fact of international travel for a very long time.

I agree with him. Either the vaccine works, or it does not work.

What I don't agree with is having to prove that you've had vaccinations. Anyone who says that they have should be treated differently. Those that have been vaccinated should not fear anyone who has not.

I think that he is just throwing his hat in the ring and intends to apply for Sir Keir's job.

Our Tony seems to be losing his edge. Time was when he would not commit himself to much of anything. But now he is pro EU and keen on the flu, so he is carrying a bit of baggage. Still, he should be fun.

People who have been vaccinated against Covid-19 should be able to travel abroad using a new digital pass and go to "vaccine-only" venues such as restaurants or sports stadiums, Tony Blair says today.

Releasing a report entitled "Less Risk, More Freedom", by the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, the former prime minister says the time has come "to distinguish for the purposes of freedom from restriction between the vaccinated and unvaccinated".

The report argues that to date, measures intended to reduce the spread of disease have treated populations as largely homogenous groups. As a result, restrictions – such as national lockdowns, regional-tier systems and entire schools closed followingoutbreaks – have been blunt instruments.
