Just in case you still dont get it  pappy, pat was being sarcastic , and insinuating us poor glaswegians are that backward and impoverished we think wetherspoons has good food.

Unlike high society hackney ,where its a bad day if pat is reduced to consuming lobster and his daily diet of caviar washed down with an expensive bottle of champagne at a luxurious seafood restaurant in between all the stabbings and drug dealing of course. ;)

It does surprise me, Wetherspoons stopped doing proper food a long time ago.

His statement wasnt meant to be taken literally smurf , just saying. :D ::)

Pat has never forgiven me for getting right up his nose on many an occassion , so is just being a boorish snob as normal.

One thing I noticed today ...

None of the Gestapo gorillas did anything as I walked into their stores maskless.

To be fair all but one in the past started to pick up when I approached, but nodded or gave me a thumbs up when they spotted my exemption badge on my phone screen ....

Only Asda's gorilla guy cut up stoppy back then and he doesn't work for them any more because after I collapsed in the store as I knew I would I told the paramedics and the manager their gestapo bastard made me put a mask on to come in despite my telling him I have trouble breathing in the aisles while the AC is off after the stroke and heart failure in January ....

But now nobody bothers to even ask ....

pappy will have his legal team onto you for being drunk and enjoying yourself.

Patmans already reported your pictures to the mods for not being sufficiently diverse enough in content.

Honestly john , what a fecking world we are living in where the site of someone enjoying themselves is seen as being rebellious instead of normal.

Fecking good on you all i say. hope you had a great time.

On the diversity side we did notice a high proportion of protruding front teeth ... No six fingered guitar players though

You should see the video.

We were singing our hearts out.

And we crept across the border with the electric car in stealth mode. I had hoped to mow the bugger down but never got the chance...

well unfortunately for us council estate scum , we arent used to dining out at expensive restaurants unlike you wine bar owners pat.

As for pappy , how would he know? I thought he hates wetherspoons and the chains illustrious owner , never mind the fact the very thought of eating INSIDE a pub has him hiding under his bed in terror at the thought of catching the sniffles from the great unwashed.

101 in Coleford area, Forest of Dean where a mate used to live. As opposed to around 120 in Cardiff, so not much different.

Next week should be interesting....

Last week I spent a glorious Saturday afternoon sinking pints listening to live bands at Drybrook "Yud" (local word for "head") Candy music festival. Seven bands 45 min sets and the last from 9:30 till gone midnight - we left before then - with hundreds of fellow revellers ...
