According to the Iceland head epidemiologist everyone has to get natural immunity to get herd immunity.
I think he's saying the vax is OK to minimise the risk so that is possible.

The prime minister is not expected to isolate after taking a flight this week with a member of his staff who has tested positive for COVID-19.
