Borchester

Went to see the doctor last week and he said that, according to his records I had not had my annual diabetes check up for two years and that he was worried. So I replied that if he was worried why had he left it for so long?

And he looked all hurt and muttered something uninteresting.

When I was young the doctor's word was law. But now I am old I can be as cranky as I like and I don't mind saying, I thoroughly being so  :) :)

I have just had a phone call from my local medical centre my routine blood tests next week have been cancelled for six months due to a national blood testing vial shortage.
(I have posted this because the media/press has not picked up on this yet and I know some people on the forum can be effected.)

Well, I'll ask on Friday how things are in NP19
