I know a lot of LA's are cash strapped but they are wasteful and inefficient too,they do the illegal to circumvent their responsibilities.

These are kids now but look how they are being treated,soon they'll be adults shoved in homes perhaps some where the staff are like those shown in undercover documentaries.

Yep just adults classed as nutters bloody shameful imo and at the mercy of political football and a wider population oblivious or who really don't give a toss.
