The article says they have left for europe
It doesnt mention what the uk traded before brexit, it could have been twice that of Amsterdam. The business leaving the UK didnt all go to amsterday, its spread all over europe.  Theres little to be learnt from that article. What it was, what is is today and where it will be in 10yrs would have some worth.

It's immaterial who or what is making the money, the point is that the predicted post Brexit collapse of the city has come to nothing. They dined out at our expense before Brexit, that was never going to change.
