The etiquette is to invite them and expect a sorry cant make it by return post .

Not a lot you can do about the hog roast but maybe have someone run down the chippy  if Prince Aziz  gets peckish

I think they should have kept the 30 guest limit for weddings.
Just close family and friends, saves a lot of angst.
there's eighty seats. I think our side has seven. I believe cable tv is rather poor where my son in law to be hails from.
it matters not, they're all going to have to put up with my jokes for once.

The only problem is, my daughter wants the reception to be an informal meal and she's having a hog roast ...

A great idea.

Oh hell.

I have overlooked a few teensy little issuettes .....

With my youngest going for it big time next September and booking the Bristol Mansion House for the reception I have to find a way round a tiny little problem or three

First, how many of my brother's ex wives should I send invites to ? Only one, or all four and let them fight it out at a side table

More worrying, and it's been nearly four bloody decades so i damn well forgot...

Strictly speaking I ought to send a formal invite to His Ex elkency Prince Aziz etc etc etc. He and I were mates back at the university where we were both researching the impact of nerve toxins .....
