Gerrard to villa

Its been fun the last few days listening to the whines of the huns ( rangers fans) bleating about steven gerrard deserting them .

To be fair though , i think gerrard is totally overrated and will be interesting to see how he copes.

The guy spent 50 million more than neil lennon did during their stints in charge of both rangers and celtic , to win less major scottish trophies than st johnstone.

Thats the equivalent of an english top 4 team spending hundreds of millions and winnig less trophies than norwich.

I think villa are doomed and gerrard will seal their fate , but we will see.
