Its up to the democratically elected government of Canada to make the rules not a relatively small group of demonstrators . I would guess employees of the state have to show a certain loyalty while on the job but in their free time the freedom to support the demonstration should be upheld .

Ive not used that crossing but have others between US and Canada which are notoriously slow going . There is no reason why you cant take a test while your waiting . We have come to the point of the pandemic though (dare I say because of the success of the vaccine ) where we just have to crack on ,the Canadian government like ours should see that and drop the restrictions .

Its at the next elections that the protest should be registered , I hope they remember that Trudeau is an idiot not over this particularly but just because .

"Hi Uncle,

No, the asshsole antivaxxer truck drivers are not causing a shortage of food.  They are just being a big pain in the ass and continually showing their stupidity.

Just because I don't say anything, it doesn't mean I haven't noticed!

Canadian special forces under investigation for taking part in 'Freedom Convoy' demonstration (msn.com)
comes to something when your call of duty, means fighting for democracy against neo-Liberalism on your own streets. I am sure the boys and girls or non genders at the Independent are horrified.
