Without getting into the ins and outs of  'climate change ' not  using  available fuel that we can source ourselves seems a bit of an own goal . With rising prices economically unviable coal mines, gas  and oil fields  of the past could well be gold mines of today and tomorrow. 

For sure run the green fuels alongside carbon fuels but lets do it as a natural transition not an enforced one
