Putin can lock down Russia, control the media, tell all the people of the great things he is doing to fight the aggressors but he can't fool the troops on the ground. They know what's going on and don't really want to be there.

If Putin does have the big C, and doesn't have long as has been suggested due to his head swelling up, the question is whether his generals will follow his orders.

I have to say would we ever know if he really did have ?.the whole business is a web of lies and has been pretty much since 1917 I guess
