Nice folk the Canadians.

Presumably there is not a Canadian edition of the Daily Mail.

Well this isn't going very well is it ?   As the story develops its not looking very good for the unroyal  couple . They it seems are determined to burn as many bridges as they can on the way out and if they are not carful will find the Canadians not so accommodating to lots of baggage they are creating

In hindsight Harry ,you have dropped one hell of a clanger

LA it is then .

Bloody cringeworthy,I really rated him as a person......once

France, I think.

And not many people knew anything about it until the announcement, my grandmother told me. Of course the hoi-palloi as she caled them knew all the time. Not sure if that was sarcasm or a dig at the class society at the time..

"Traditionally" we have only ever had a head of state and their direct heirs in the limelight with the other royals very much in the back seat, there to take the reins should the heir not be able to be one. So to speak. It's Liz and Phil who tried to expand that to have the whole bloody circus on show.

As I've said. I'm not a royalist (these days) but I will not see that bastard Blair given our presidency. Frankly, I wish he'd take his dad with him tell Liz to put her feet up in Sandringham for the rest of her (limited) time on earth and give the bloody job to his older brother who lets be honest os more than ready to do it. Then we can get back to a traditional monarchy the way it used to be

Yeah he was in France in 1940 when it fell,he'd visited hitler pre war and was sympathetic to both him and the nazis he was bundled off to Portugal from France then made governor of the Bahamas.

There was a fear that the Germans would kidnap him and use him for propaganda purposes which is why he was sent as far away as possible, post war they tried to cover up his Nazi connections.

I'm not a royalist but more a traditionalist, and the royals are tradition so I like them. She has come in and undermined the whole family unit, what he see's in her I don't know either.

I'm wondering how long until the media start headlining with Edward and Wallace Simpson jibes, I think they both buggered off to Canada?

I do think it's rather bad form to have left Archie in Canada then dropped their bombshell and Meghan returns there leaving Harry to take the flak. There was obviously no intention of staying here. I have a suspicion that Harry is in thrall. I wonder how long it will be before he regrets the empty A list celebrity life following behind Meghan. Although he has been following behind her since the wedding. Poor man. Prince relegated to toyboy lackey.

So they want to be King and Queen of Canada. Personally I thought they were going to move to Jo'burg and start working to become the King and Queen of Africa.

So is this statement simply "we quit" or "we are starting a rival firm as we will never get the top job in this one!"

So will Harry raise his standard in Toronto and start paying gold to his ex army chums to join his new Royal army?

Will their son become the new Black Prince?

I am glad to here that John. All I know about Harry is that he used to be in the army and drove a tank, so maybe Deppity Dawg could get him a job in his garage. Dunno about Megs. She has always struck me as the sort that would always land on her feet, but to be honest, the world is not short on minor actresses looking for work.

In his final years in uniform he swapped his tank for a big black chopper with a 30mm chaingun whose tracker was coded by a delightful lass who i had the pleasure of working with on other work. She came to the job via NASA/JPL where her job was to fire radio signals at the earth from a robotic spaceship millions of miles away.

When criticised by a three star general I pointed out to his face her last targeting job was to hit an eight thousand mile wide ball from fifty million miles off, so i reckoned her latest success could shoot his balls off from a mile and a half away and still leave him holding his cauterised dick.

I never worked for the yanks again but the RAF bloke in braid next to the T@@@ nearly had a hernia laughing and I had a steady run if work from him until I left that line of work ...

I'd like the Baron to meet her ...

Where I see he may well be pissed off is he's started proceedings against the sun and mirror for phone hacking,I think he's got till Feb to decide if he's going ahead given what happened to his mother he may well have a point.

If they have hacked his phone I hope they get stuffed.
