This case seems highly unjust.

The Swedish page translates very well using the right click and translate function. (It's graphic)

Basically, a 19 years old boy had sex with a 13 year old girl. The age of consent is 15.

The victim could not sit for 2 days because of the pain.

The court dismissed the rape charge:
QuoteOn May 6, 2019, Mora District Council announced the verdict. Hussein Abdikadir Abdukar, a citizen of Somalia, was sentenced for sexual exploitation of children. The sentence became a conditional sentence with 75 hours of community service and SEK 15,000 for Hussein to pay to the girl.

They didn't even ask for him to be deported.

Someone tweeted:
QuoteMeanwhile a 65 year old woman in Sweden was earlier sent to 3 months prison.

Her crime? She had posted "hate speech" on Facebook. Seems like Sweden has strange priorities.

Indeed.
