Basically, a 19 years old boy had sex with a 13 year old girl. The age of consent is 15.

The victim could not sit for 2 days because of the pain.



The court dismissed the rape charge:

On May 6, 2019, Mora District Council announced the verdict. Hussein Abdikadir Abdukar, a citizen of Somalia, was sentenced for sexual exploitation of children. The sentence became a conditional sentence with 75 hours of community service and SEK 15,000 for Hussein to pay to the girl.

They didn't even ask for him to be deported.

Her crime? She had posted "hate speech" on Facebook. Seems like Sweden has strange priorities.
