Sure does, except the Tories won't be doing any of it, because they will be history.
Just because I don't say anything, it doesn't mean I haven't noticed!

Quote from: T00ts on October 19, 2022, 07:46:12 PMIt's wall to wall incitement all for the sake of drama drama drama. It's disgusting. Labour shouldn't be complacent what goes around comes around.
We already had it under Corbyn. I don't recall you complaining at the time.

But again here you are blaming the messengers. In reporting on every Boris lie or double standard and everything since, the media is simply doing it's job. If you don't like the truth being reported, change the truth and have your chosen party behave in ways that do not leave it open to obvious bad publicity.

If someone does something wrong and someone else reports it, it is not the fault of the one doing the reporting for making the wrong doer look bad. It is the fault of the wrong doer.

I really don't agree. So much has been manufactured by whipping up the electorate to take offence. It all started with very petty grievances but it was the thin edge of the wedge and has been grown since. Look at the news programmes now. It's wall to wall incitement all for the sake of drama drama drama. It's disgusting. Labour shouldn't be complacent what goes around comes around.
Well you are of course free to disagree but to try and shift the blame on labour or anyone else bar the tories isn't credible.
The results of the mini budget are not petty and can be laid firmly at her door.

Shes a thatcher tribute act who'd be booed off the stage at  a local club for her poor performance and clear ineptitude.

Pretty much all self inflicted.

I doubt they will survive. There is a national tsunami of manufactured discontent all aimed at the Government as if there is much that they can actually do about it. They can go through the motions but there are too many outside factors mounting up and those who pretend that a change of Gov will make a difference are misleading a lot of people.

Most of which has been a series of own goals manufactured by the Tories themselves, which their opponents of course will always gleefully take advantage of.

More Tory MPs are calling for Truss's resignation as each hour passes.

Below identifies four — radio comments say six.

On climate change — we're talking, we're beginning to act, but we're still not doing enough...
