Bizarre as it seems, Trump has taken a leaf out of Tommy Robinson's book on how to prejudice court cases on Twitter.

TR established himself as a reporter of the people on heinous things, and was suspected of being racist. Meng Wanzhou is Trump's target of hate and her court case has just begun. Lawyers believe she has been stitched up by Trump. They are so worried Trump will prejudice the case on social media that they have asked to court to take measures to stop him. This includes the banning of TV cameras, and their argument to the court is that he has done it before. They cite incidents during his impeachment trial, and so we are not talking about hot air here, but proper reasons a court would need to take action. I recall TR had also done it before in Canterbury.

I've just had a look and it now appears the judge has granted the lawyer's request.

There are some links on this in the papers.
