Why are you aiming that question at me?

It's the smurf that needs to produce his evidence to show he hasn't been posting BS on BS on BS.  Cue a collective no one holding their breath waiting for that evidence from him.
Was just pointing out he will never admit he's wrong.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

He's not once, in nearly 13,000 posts admitted he's wrong, or showed two sets of data side by side like you just did. What he has done has disappeared for a few days until he thinks the coast is clear.
Nobody is saying the ONS is wrong, it's you saying it's worse than the EU is wrong, so where's your comparison?

But the ONS and other data disagree with you.  There are two possibilities here

The respected Trading Economics is lying about what the ONS and Eurostat have published

or

You are lying your arse off about what the ONS and Eurostat have published

Guess which of the two most people are going to believe Mr Smurf

The ONS Data and other data are not lies. I am NOT responsible for others ignorance of them or for them not keeping up with current affairs.

FFS Nick it does not take a genius to compare them, and Britain when it comes to food inflation is the highest by a long way when compared to Europe and the US. (Britain is about to get a lot worse. )
Please show your comparison, cause you clearly haven't done one.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

Same old avoiding statement when you can't prove you're right.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

ONS tells you our data, it doesn't compare with the US or other regions.

My information is basesd on the latest food inflation data from the ONS, food importers, and farmers, which has been widely reported in the last few days. The nonsense is you not keeping up with current affairs and your cognitive dissonance about ongoing Brexit problems.

Your information is based on bias and ZERO data otherwise you wouldn't keep writing this nonsense.

That has made me informed of the situation. The converging problems with food supply and increases in cost. (Still partially due Brexit,) are going get worse in the coming months.

United States
The U.S. inflation rate of 8.5% in July was a slight improvement from June's 9.1%, which was a 40-year high.
The price of eggs rose by 38% between July 2021 and July 2022, according to the latest CPI report. Fresh whole milk is up 14.5%. The price for cereal has risen 16.8%.
Meanwhile, the price of natural gas is up 30.5% and unleaded regular gasoline is up 44.6%.

United Kingdom
Inflation reached a new 40-year high of 10.1% between July 2021 and July 2022 in the United Kingdom, according to the U.K.'s Office for National Statistics.
How does that break down for the average consumer? Egg prices increased by 14.6% year-over-year. Low-fat milk rose 34%, and natural gas prices rose by 95.7%, according to the Guardian.

I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

The effect of Brexit has not been addressed by the Tory government.
Of course it hasn't, they and the most dogmatic leavers are in denial
