Possibly but I doubt it's all and that's to miss the point.  Expect those non dom and part dom tax positions for individuals to get attacked if (when?) Labour get in.  And the dividends position might get addressed even though it's not as generous as it once was.
You and I are pragmatic enough to know that they aren't going to do anything that affects their own pocket.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

All MP's have their own company and will ALL use dividends.

Your link shows nothing that states MP's do not have their own companies. It states clearly they employ people, how do they do that Smurf?
You stated ALL MPs have their own company. That link show the ALL do not.

Nick that is not a company as you implied it. They would all have a company registration number, and the other legal requirements. Would you please care prove your contentions with evidence.

Your ignorance is mind blowing: MP's are not employed by the HoC's ergo they are self employed, therefore they run their own company and officially are the employer  of all their staff. So how do they have employees if they are not a company?

And those staying for 90 days could quite possibly get an unpleasant shock as will those non doms.  Expect the former to be reduced and the latter abolished

It's not a tax break, it's the fact that you're not tax resident.

Yeah, basically, everyone has to file a self assessment tax return. They don't have PAYE or similar.

The big pisser is there a almost no way to file without using a private company, often TurboTax or H&R Block

Who make $$$$ and lobby hard against things like PAYE.

That said, I believe the IRS have just announced their own free filing software.
I remember, I could choose how much tax to pay. Something like 5 and 3 and I'd always get a rebate or pay nothing and then get a big bill when you filed.
Seems to work.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

When I lived in the US we used a tax package called Turbo Tax, it was just a Q and A session and at the end you were told if you were owed tax or were due a rebate. I don't remember ever not getting a rebate. You had to file 2 sets of taxes, state and federal: one was about 5% and one 7.5% ish.

Like you say, a government will be on sticky ground if it starts whacking people for tax if the are here for over 90 days.

You also have to note that all the things the Tories do to line their pockets and their mates pockets, Labour have the same pockets and mates. Turkeys will not be boring for Christmas, that's why nothing has ever changed.

I suspect tourism to the UK would drop off pretty sharpish if you became liable for UK tax simply by setting foot in the UK! 😁

That said, the US has a world wide tax system and all US citizens must file a return and a liable for tax regardless of where they live.l and work

A friend got into hot water for not filing a decade of returns. She didn't realise she had to as she loved and worked in the UK and hadn't lived in the US since she was 9.

And you think they're going turn to Labour: a party that will tax the crap out of the rich? Tax business to the hilt. I've already made my business plan for when Labour get in, be in the U.K. less than 91 days and take every single penny out of my business tax free. And this is what Labour so not understand, increasing the tax burden on those that pay the most just causes them to change their habits and they get less.
