ULEZ reported to be a big factor in that one. Saddo Khan the best campaigner the tories have 

Overall though it looks like the Tories have stayed at home rather than switching alleigence ,Labours numbers have hardly moved even in Selby where there was a big % swing to labour they only added a couple of thousand to the count .

There are certainly a lot of votes out there to be won  come the GE .
