I fully agree

They should have their funding slashed to the level per head in England.

Actually they should have it slashed to the amount equal to what England get oer head, but adjusted so they only get that per capita sum for every person who speaks welsh as their first language.

That should ensure their drain on the public purse is commensurate with their numbers
