The billionaire part owner at MUFC wants the taxpayer to help pay for a new stadium for them.
Cheeky sod who pays no tax in this country wants people who do pay tax to cough up backed by the idiocy of Burnham who sees himself as the next Khan well PM really.

I should add I am biased against this proposal.

United could lobby the government to fund part of this stadium project as part of the 'levelling up' pledge, according to the Telegraph. Mayor of Greater Manchester Andy Burnham said last week: "Whatever it is they [Ratcliffe and INEOS] want, we will facilitate and we will be there to make sure the club is set up for the future."

I should add I am biased against this proposal.
