What about Jacob Rees Mogg.  The point is 13 plus child families are currently 15 in the entire country. (ONS data) I can't see why you get your knickers in a twist when HMRC has £38billion in uncollected tax they are doing zero about.
Births to teenage girls are at their lowest since the 1960s.
