The non custodial sentence is very wrong and sends all the wrong messages to others tempted to commit this foul crime.  Perhaps even more appalling is that the pervert that was sending him and likely others these images also got a non custodial sentence.

It's almost like because they couldn't trace the victims (in the images) they've ignored the victim impact.  But mostly I blame the Sentencing Council and the 'jail costs money, lets not jail people' ideas the Tories brought in.

So the latest BBC pervert gets a 6 months bender and a talking shop so he can meet up with some other like minded pedos.

I think he's got preferential treatment and anyone else would have had an actual sentence.
