Former world leaders - request Biden to delete Cuba from terror list

They are not evil nor oppressive, they are just on their arse due to US sanctions. I was there last year and we could walk around perfectly safely, go into restaurants and bars with no hassle. The shops are empty though, except alcohol.

Anyone who opposes the West even slightly is due for regime change and needs to be sanctioned to death.. you know how it is with this lot

Of course it's super friendly to tourists, they want their money to keep the leadership fat and happy.

But to their own people the Cuban regime is very much evil and oppressive

It's an evil oppressive regime but IMHO not a sponsor of terrorism.  But any administration removing them would get labelled as communist so it's unlikely to happen this side of elections.

Dozens of former presidents and prime ministers from around the world have signed a letter in which they convey to U.S. President Joe Biden, a few months before the end of his term, a request made by others in the past: to remove Cuba from the list of state sponsors of terrorism in which it was included under Donald Trump, reversing Barack Obama's attempt to remove it from this list as part of the restoration of diplomatic relations in 2015.

I'm not sure why Cuba is on this list.
I have been watching reports from Cuba and the State seem to be pretty much bankrupt. They don't seem to be able to feed their own people!
Are they really supporters of terrorism?
