Spain fear threat to steel production post Brexit

I'm not sure exactly how it works, but I believe the Chinese have an agreement to supply so much steel to the EU as a whole prior to any tariffs being incurred. If the UK are no longer included this will cause a huge surplus of cheap Chinese steel which will threaten their production.

I didn't see that one coming, but obviously the Spanish did.



There will also be other surpluses when the EU loses around 13% of its population. Clothing? Electrical goods? Phones and technology?
