OK The Express, but the photo doesn't lie, sat next to Daniel Filmus, well known and hated by the people of the Falklands.

I agree with most of the above, although I am not so sure about Britain being in a bad way or that our politicians are much worse than before. Maybe if they could put the poor into gas chambers or we could all die of starvation because the Irish have closed down the beefburger mines ... But even then Lankou and Gerry would clap their hands in delight so even then there would be outbreaks of delight.

There appears to be sod all happening politics wise

A lot of what Corbyn stands for is very admirable.

The problem to me is the fact he has spent his entire political life on the edges, never trusted with a position of power by any previous leader, always fighting some cause or another. His record has shown he is the second highest in history for voting against his own party. The only reason he's leader is the change in voting method and rise of the far left/momentum.

He doesn't know how to lead and doesn't have much patience with anyone who disagrees with him. He's all about compromise and it appears he doesn't care about what or who he compromises, his hatred/shame of the British past means he's likely to sell out those who depend on Britain simply as he sides by those against Britain.

His desire to right the wrongs of the past is what makes most fear him I believe.

He's stubborn and will never stand down but has shown that the desire to gain power will see him turn in all directions with total insincerity.

Britain is in a very bad place right now, no leadership and possibly the worse group of politicians on all sides the Country have ever seen.

There's no room for complacency.  How we laughed at Theresa May's feeble slogan "Strong and Stable", but what it plainly meant was "I'm not Jeremy Corbyn", and if you believed everything the pundits had been saying, that should have been enough.  It wasn't.  Same again: lots of us think that Corbyn seems more real, more down-to-earth, more decent than Boris, irrespective of his policies, and with the additional assurance that he 'can't win' there'll be a huge temptation to vote for him.  That factor and the Tories and the Brexit Party splitting the Brexit vote in the North may be all it takes to leave the present lot either in a worse state than before or totally screwed.

I dare say that a lot of folk are more decent than Boris. My impression of Wurzel is that he is a well meaning 14 year old who may be adored in the Islington coffee houses but who has no idea of life outside the M25. Polls are notoriously inaccurate, but as far as I can see, if a general election is held in the next couple of months Labour will be slaughtered. That said, dragging things out and hoping that something will turn up might work but I doubt it. The brothers and sisters will most likely continue to tear themselves apart, the soft Lib Dem vote will become even softer and Boris will work on the UK's middle vote, which is the bit that counts.
