Just avoid them altogether. Those things are unsafe.  The bit that worries me is that even the musuli ridden rent a mobs manage to pull them down with a couple of tugs. I don't know who handled the moorings but he did a piss poor job.

How do you decide when a statue must fall?

We name buildings after people, or put up statues to them, because we respect them. But what if we discover they did wrong?
