Maybe it should have been made law .? In  Johnson's case ,it should have been a matter of honour , something he hasn't shown this time round . His son might just as well have said to the nation. This is the advice, you need to follow it , but please yourselves , as we will. It's arrogance beyond belief, maybe he gets Cummings ,advice as well, seeing as he operates on similar lines.
