A long last my parcel arrived from Wun Hung Lo's we make bits for anything factory somewhere in the wilds of China.
Much to my surprise the only thing I have to do to get the components to fit is get two stainless 8mm flange bolts with a 10mm longer thread.
No drilling holes, no hitting with a big hammer, no fun at all.
