It is pretty awful though, as pretty much everyone has pointed out to you now....

You can't say not this time and then recant a different tale of injustice. You should at least point to where these guys were squeaky clean.
My point was that the men were imprisoned on the dodgy say so of a person who had previous form for sloppy work.

I have no idea how clean or unclean they are. That is not really the point from where I stand. It is important to me that the case stands or falls on the evidence.

There are too many individuals still walking the earth who should have spent a little time with a short rope and a long drop, and assholes like the one who "processed" those men are the reason the left demand a cop-out clause that make that appointment less feasible
<t>In matters of taxation, Lord Clyde\'s summing up in the 1929 case Inland Revenue v Ayrshire Pullman Services is worth a glance.</t>

Sorry Nick. Not this time.

I encountered the jerk who ran that test, professionally.

As in my profession and their lack of.

They slam dunked a lorry driver for a mad axe murder on the basis the clothes were soaked in a rare blood group the victim had.

Only problem was, the lorry driver had the same blood group and his story about slicing himself putting his load on was true.

Fortunately he didn't spend years behind bars, no thanks to the forensic guys...

I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

These are the victims. Brings back the sadness even after all those years.

I was quite shocked to see that a 65 year old man has been arrested for the pub bombings in 1974, which murdered 21 people.
He must have been 19 at the time of the crime.
Pity the police got the wrong people the first time round.
