Psychopathic Traits in Leaders

I think Forbes article is interesting too (https://www.forbes.com/sites/jackmccullough/2019/12/09/the-psychopathic-ceo/?sh=139ede14791e), but this and many other articles (and the studies they point to) seem to suggest 20% of the corporate leaders are psychopaths or exhibit those traits and often are often narcissistic...

Do we want psychopathic leaders and if so, why? Surely we want leaders that are altruistic and selfless?
