LED at 7500 lumens should work, but I doubt you'd need one that bright. Exterior floodlights of 2000 to 3000 lumens are brilliant...

I have the Ring Floodlights, 3000 lumens and are very bright, you can also set a siren off and talk through it.

More domestic disasters, some (expletive deleted) with malicious intent tried to hack my email account yesterday.  (They failed) It did however take some time  to regain access.  (The nice man from the BT helpline sent me a use once only password and a use once only pin) Email now back fully functional.
Then this morning the Freeview box died. (The helpline man, given the box is very old, did his best to help me revive it.) In the end the hard drive is "comprised," I would have used stronger wording than that.
I have however been able to source a replacement with a terabyte of storage.
Being delivered to-morrow.

I can't get "across the water," they won't let anyone from this plague ridden Isle in.

Don't be so negative? Where there's a will there's a way. The French coastline is very long. I can just visualise you both in camouflage combats heading into the dark. Think of the excitement!

Now don't upset him. He feels safe and possibly a bit exclusive there between the devil and the deep blue sea. I just though papy would feel better across the water. He wouldn't even need a rubber dinghy I'm sure his fishermen friends would give him a lift.

No thanks there is only one road to the village and that makes it easily closed and defended should that become necessary, and if the covidiots and lock down breakers don't come to their senses that could be sooner rather than later.

The garage door is 15 metres from the security light.  Due to the extreme weather condition where I live security light fittings rot away within five years.

Perhaps you should move!

We have dimmable LED lights in the kitchen, non dimmable LED in the bathroom, and a motion sensor LED 1300 lumen at the front, but our front door is only 2m from the front gate...

I have already ordered a replacement and LEDs apparently are not getting good reports from those who have used them for security lighting.

Anyone know when 500 watt bulbs were banned for use in domestic outside lights? Now limited to 400 watts.

Probably an EU directive to send you green.
