If patients are racist or verbally abusive in any other way they should still receive essential medical treatment but the evidence should be retained for possible prosecution when they have been discharged from hospital and are well enough to appear in court.

Individual health workers who are victims of the abuse should be permitted to refuse to treat the offending patient provided a replacement can be found and the patient is not in a critical condition.

If a patient refuses treatment that is their choice unless they lack the mental capacity to make that choice.

I could not attend any of the local GP practice flu jab sessions, so I booked a flu jab at the Tesco pharmacy.

Come the day a Sikh man very expertly and painlessly did the job.

I did wonder though as visible ethnic minorities are as rare as rocking horse poo and unicorns how he was accepted by some of the local six fingered banjo players.

That made me laugh.  :hattip

Oh I know who he is, the 'wink' was to signal 'and why is his opinion relevant?'. Nonetheless, the tone of much of this once again leads me back to the point made in my earlier post..and no, because others have been bilious that doesn't magically excuse others for doing so; we're all guilty of it at some time or another (some are guilty of being such full stop) - but best to nip it in the bud eh?

..Such reflects back on the person saying/doing such. ;) All of it. (Some genius on twotter wrote "it is 'brexfaturds' who are doing it to"; to quote such uncouth sectarian language of which I do not approve, for I respect leavers).

That fact is correct, nonetheless it evokes strong feelings among joe public as you can clearly see, so it is not 'total f-ing stupidity' at all.

Who's he..?  ;)

The point at which mild comment has any point was passed about three years ago. Actually more like twenty when that shitebag Blair set out to destroy the identity of the united kingdom and was allowed to do so unfettered.

That you are unaware of Christians rather unchristian attitude to leavers and what he is allowed to say unrestricted on media makes you singularly unsuitable to comment on the point I make, which is that the people responsible for that news item would treat HIM in an instant.

In a world where Remainturds are not sacked for twattering that leavers should be denied all manner of things for being leavers,

I can't even begin to explain the total f**king stupidity of taking this an inch beyond "patients who are abusive to staff will not be tolerated"

Because in FACT that's what this is.

Watch it, he'll set his woman on you — and these Maltese can be terriers...

My woman is a refined socialite of the Maltese establishment and her father was a famous surgeon and is in Who's Who.

She would probably offer you a cup of tea. Mind you, one of her brothers is a dentist, so be warned!

Dictatorship!!! what Dictatorship ? We have not had a properly functioning Government since at least 2017 let alone a Dictatorship, and certainly not from the NHS or anyone else , I must have told you a Million times not to exaggerate

Mao spent a lot of time in recreation whilst running the country. Officials would pass notes to him, he would scrawl something on the note and pass it back. I can imagine Kemal works in a  similar fashion.

If you have not done so yet with your fixation and fascination with China I suggest you take a trip there I have some years ago simply to walk on the Great Wall of China a fascinating place, the people are very careful what they do and say you would not fit in that is for certain a regime I would not  like to live under.

It's mellowing out now a lot. You see capitalism does what Marx thought socialism does. Marx said eventually under socialism the state would "wither away", but that was impossible. Capitalism is the reverse because the decisions made in your purchases are like your vote on absolutely everything that affects you. It's real-time voting, not every five years.

Yes our Poloticians are getting flack from keyboard heroes and nutters, the days of threating letters sent to No 10 or their Constituency Offices are in the past , replaced by Tweets on line, IMO some people are very angry with our Poloticians, not that I condone the insults or threats made against any MP, or anyone else in the public eye.

Our politicians should think themselves lucky they remain on their keyboards. The next step would most likely be a kick in the balls.

If they can't manage the economy and people see their wealth disappear by their incompetence then there will be real trouble.
