Well, they are as mad as March hares the whole lot of them, after all of their reverse psychology over the British Empire, it seems Guy Verhofstadt openly admits the EU is an empire building exercise. Which Juncker had to play down. What can one say, we have enough trouble with the Americans and Chinese going at it. Which could take a turn for the worst any minute.

Ed davey is a muppet cromwell. Is he and his party of any real relevance?

Im all for ending the two party duopoly , but i sometimes wonder if the lib dems are kept alive, especially in england , to enforce rather than end the two party duopoly with their idiotic politics and airy fairy ways.

People must look at clowns like davey and think we are better of sticking with lab/tory tennis , such is thier comical effect on uk politics at times.

The justification is the lack of persons of that age range in the cohort used in the testing regime. There might be clinical justification if the paradigm used for flu vaccination applies, in the sense that there are often TWO flu vaccines, one for in curation of the younger age range, the other specific for use in 65+. I have on two occasions had my "tame" pharmacist who offers the jab at a time to suit me when his shop is open check my and and state "good, we have plenty of the version for the under 65's"

I do not believe this paradigm applies. Therefore the issue is whether something in the physiology of the geriatric matters.

Frankly, I struggle to see a downside. If the EU states choose not to use this for its elderly, it means more of it is available to treat OUR younger population whose likely date of immunisation had these EU states not taken this stance would be rather later than is now possible.
When we said roll out the vaccines, we always knew it was a gamble, although it was fairly obvious the other options against a growing fear driven by an out-of-control media with an endless supply of dodgy experts and government advisors lapping up the control and fear mongering, driven on by the politics of it all, it seems we made the right call. No doubt Boris is waiting his opportunity to tell us how he put us ahead of the game. Such is life, the flu has all but disappeared and covid deaths run at around 2%.

Spiteful as always, as for furious, no, just considering the options.

<t>In matters of taxation, Lord Clyde\'s summing up in the 1929 case Inland Revenue v Ayrshire Pullman Services is worth a glance.</t>
