I guess many of us would appreciate some defence against some of the pricks we get on here...

Mine came from Proper job, but they were end of line stock unfortunately. You could probably get them directly from the Chinese though.

The last part of my working life I was in the security and recycling industry. On a daily basis I had to put my hand into bags of used paper. Quite often a staple would travel up my finger nail. Didn't matter how many it happened, it still made scream with pain

I might have done, had I thought you were aware such services are regulated for both customer and deliverer...

But you are quite happy to subject your wife to these risks, because in the kitchen draw are sharp knives which could cause an AIDS infection. Although unlikely, it is possible.

There again, most are fortunate enough not to have people with HIV, or other contagious bodily fluid transmitted diseases, sharing our kitchens...

It's obvious why we don't want post to be causing nicks or pinpricks to fingers, as blood borne diseases such as AIDS can be spread. Although unlikely, it is possible.
