Damn right. There is no humanist view to take. If I stand in the street and take a photograph (unless it's France where the locals have clearly been driven mad by toxins in the cheese) or Cairo (where screwing the tourist is the norm) anyone in that shot has no right to demand I restrict my use of it and if being exposed as a goat Shagger makes your day uncomfortable then perhaps you should have refrained from a wander over the Great Orme after sinking thirteen pints in a Llandudno Pub.
