Just remember Thomas you were an alright Geyser, while you were backing the EU, now that amongst the SNP and in Scotland in general support for the EU is dropping like a stone, you are a mad Nationalist now who has no place in the EU anyway, funny that.

Strange, but true  :) :)

What a surprise baffy , no comment from our resident labour worshipper.

He remains largely silent except when pushed to throw in a few soundbites of momentum dissent at his blairite wealthy elite party leadership led by sir keir knight of the realm multi millionaire starmer.

Yes, how much better the self serving Blairite wealthy elites.

Refreshing then that it is not in the self serving pockets of the Thatcherite wealthy elites.

It's a trust fund.
Some rich lefties set it up to push their politics.

The Guardian can say whatever the hell it likes as it needs no financial support at all.
People don't even have to buy it.

We are not all in the same boat. We are in the same storm. Some of us have yachts. Some of us have canoes. Some of us are drowning.

The internationalists and corporate fascist tech giants keep it afloat.  Without Google and BBC backhanders it would have died long ago.

Guardian backs the EU , Guardian writer backs the IRA , Guardian backs anything anti British.

The guardian barely sells over a  thousand copies a day streetwalker in scotland , and by latest estimates most newspapers are down again by 20 % on those figures so much so many of them have stopped releasing figures of daily sales.

I dont think the print media has the "influence" it once did , and certainly not enough to make all that much of a difference in todays politics.

All figures are full-price daily sales in Scotland.)

NATIONAL DAILY

The Scottish Sun PRIVATE
(Dec 2019: 137,884)
Daily Record 79,598
(Dec 2019: 104,906)
Scottish Daily Mail 51,666
(Dec 2019: 68,370)
Scottish Daily Express 23,891
(Dec 2019: 31,768)
Daily Star 19,565
(Dec 2019: 25,747)
The Times PRIVATE
(Dec 2019: 13,538)
Daily Telegraph PRIVATE
(Dec 2019: 5,185)
Daily Mirror 5,165
(Dec 2019: 6,906)
The Guardian 1,628
(Dec 2019: 4,234)
Financial Times 418
(Dec 2019: 1,242)

QuoteBut if the state of the online presences of the Scottish Sun and the Daily Record in particular are anything to go by, not many people are viewing their limited amounts of political coverage on the web either, because the sites are all but unreadable under in some cases literally hundreds of extremely low-grade (Taboola etc) ads per page.

(We haven't been able to read Herald or National pages without our browsers crashing under the strain for months and months, even though they're both paywalled and really shouldn't be subjecting their readers to vast numbers of ads too. The Times, Guardian and Telegraph are ad-free.)

So the guardian can be anti anything they want , does it matter when so little people read them in the first place?

People like srb steve like to blame the print media for the failure of labour getting elected , with the insinuation they are all establishemnt tory rags.

I point out time and again their influence is very weak , and doesnt explain the recent rise in your country of ukip/brexit party and the snp in scotland.

So the Guardian's problem seems to be that its readership seems to consist of Tories, SNP supporters and various types who look at Boris and think what a wanker but at least he isn't Sir Keir Starmer.

We keep the old Grundian afloat financially, but would sit on a hot poker before agreeing with its policies.

I go out of my way to try and NOT keep newspapers afloat financially borkie.

Last figure i saw two years ago  the guardian barely got rid of 7 thousand copies a day in scotland , mostly over 60 year old labour supporters reminiscing of the glory days and looking for a good victimhood story.

Not sure too many snp supporters touch the guardian with a bargepole mate.

QuoteWhat's New? The admission Starmer has no interest in supporting this wanker and his inside the North and South circular ring roads mentality because it cuts no ice with the voters that made Labour the party that came to power ...

The admission the historic Labour Voter has abandoned the party and left it to choke on its £4.50 a loaf artisan baked bread  toasted in its front bencher's second kitchenettes is the most surprising statement of self doubt I've read for a decade.

The fact it's admitted in the same arse rag that pays little snotrag Owen to peddle his Corbyn Lover Credentials is just icing in the cake.
