Yes, we should all buy VR tech and visit the parents in virtual worlds. There will be less pollution that way. I am sure it will be safer having tea and biscuits with my mother, and we'll have plenty to talk about when every corporation is sitting in the same room spamming us with advertisements.  Plus, the government can drop in unannounced at anytime.
