Far from it.

The law clearly allows the Spanish plod to.kick in TOURISTS doors not RESIDENTS ones.

Or so plod say.

One more reason to say F@@@ Spain and spend my tourist pounds somewhere more welcoming.

Human rights trumps edicts, who would have thought that?

The question being asked here is, "How many deaths a day will be acceptable to lift all restrictions?"
No one in government seems to be able to say. Obviously saying less than 10 a day suggests 10 people don't matter, whilst the Government have given the idea they can protect all of us from death.

I think it's more to do with the various emergency powers that have suspended the need for goverenments to defend their actions. As you know, nervous Tory MPs have forced Boris back to the despatch box or its virtual equivalent, while Dickhead Drakeford and Effing Gethin continue unabated and hopefully won't notice the mob until they're swinging ftom lamp posts...

"Belgium must lift 'all Covid-19 measures' within 30 days, Brussels court rules"

"The League for Human Rights had filed the lawsuit several weeks ago and challenged Belgium's system of implementing the measures using Ministerial Decrees, which means it is done without any input from parliament."

This may be the first of many around the world.
