I'm betting it's more like 23% actually died from it and the other 77% were with it.
My mate most definitely died from it, but as I said at the time he was knocking on 30st, had a double heart bypass and was type 2. A stiff breeze would have taken him out.

Well, there you are you see, nobody is safe. So it's all for your own good, so your permission won't be required.
