The trouble is, Europe has not been run by anyone with a sound mind, they as mad as they come drunk with power and Euros.

"This is exactly why the Dexit or Gexit resolution of the AfD is correct and the profession for further close cooperation with those of our neighbours who are still of sound mind is just as important.

"We have to emphasise that Europe only has a future if we save Europe from the EU."

good luck with saving Europe from the EU, you will be needing it.

Having had a quick look at recent histories of Sterling/Dollar Sterling/Euro and Euro/Dollar exchange rates, I would say that the dollar is tanking....

Well Biden wants to spend $6 trillion dollars on tax rebates and job creation schemes, so I imagine that a lot of money is leaving the US for the UK, hence the rise in the value of the pound. That said, it is still only a few cents either way.

Damn, I see I should have put my latest post here.

Just before BREXIT part 1 I took a holiday in the USA. With dollar-pound exchange rates barely over 1:1 it bloody hurt even my wallet gorged from the sale of mum and dad's house after my less than surprising orphanship in the January if that year...

The HDQQ's of this world promised more of the same and the banking cabal did their best to deliver it

But

This morning my purchase from a US based online store of a PDF copy of a book I fancied cost me $4.50 (us dollars)

The amount charged to my non sterling transaction fee free VISA card from the Challenger Bank with whom I keep an account for this very purpose was just debited £2.28

That's almost the best exchange rate I've seen in my life.

So has BREXIT boosted the pound ?

Or has Biden tanked the dollar ??

No cherry picking the EU said and we took them at their word.
Now, perhaps, they think it would have been preferred?

He took his time, but Andy got there in the end  :)

Its getting boring now borkie isnt it?

The "eu wanted a closer relationship" is code for Brexit in name only  as we all know.

We debated the relationship for four feckin years post the referendum result , and we were all told time and again by the likes of the forum remainers , remainers in parliament and the eu themselves that the closer the realtionship , the more ties to EU rules the uk would be , the further away the realtionship , the less ties.

Groundhog day yet again.

A serious mistake?.....nothing like turning  a trading community in to a political entity with even less accountability than national parliaments then?

And all the unrest in the eu is the fault of brexit too.....apparently.....how could those awful people use their vote to question the infallibility of the eu,well we'll teach them  by being bastards if we have to says von der liar, and then they might learn to use a democratic vote how they are told to.

I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.
