latest polls looking good , and the alba support creeping up .

Gordon brown bleating about some of the latest polls which showed 53 % of scots want another indy ref before 2024. Timebomb still ticking , and imagine pat having to lower himself in the future to call himself "english"? :D

It seems other Scottish emergency services are less than dependable too:
A seriously injured woman may have lain undiscovered next to her dead boyfriend in their car for up to three days in central Scotland, after police failed to respond to a report of a motorway crash.

Despite the crowing about Britain being part of the AUKUS deal, I've long thought the UK's military should be designed as a multi-disciplined defence, safety and emergency service, trained to routinely support any of Britain's front line civil emergency services.

At the moment, despite having many highly proficient personnel, they do often appear to be called in as an afterthought, rather than being always regarded as an existing resource...
